Mind Trick You Can Do Standing in a Doorway

Here's a mind trick that you can try on your own. Start off by standing in a doorway with your hands by your sides. The next step is to press your hands against the frame as if you were trying to raise your hands. Stay in this position for about one minute and then step away and relax your arms.
